Chapter 6

I got this picture from Google Images; it displays a bag of pill-form LSD.

Drugs such as LSD play an important role in this book, especially in chapter 6. Zeta brings a bag of acid from his trip to San Francisco and shares it amongst his friends. They go into the desert to prepare for the trial of the East LA thirteen. The chapter is one of my favorites because it is a good representation of what drug culture of the late 60s was all about. The moment I will remember the most is when the property owners were coming to Zeta and his friends from the lake and Zeta thought it was part of his acid trip so he didnt move at all until it was almost too late.
