This connects to the chapter because St. Basil's Church is where the chapter takes place. n this picture the Chicanos(as) are below the church, which is how it is seen in the book.
I like this chapter because the Chicanos(as) fought for their rights to attend a superior church, where they were not accepted.
I will remember how unfair the cockroach people were being treated about this chapter.
I like the picture due to the fact that it does relate to the portrayal of Chicanos as being inferior especially the way they are depicted in chapter 1. I do think that the most commemorative part of the first chapter will be the unfair treatment of the Chicanos received by authorities.
